I know! Most of us carry the word hate, let alone involved in the actual activity. Well, get over it! Once we have allowed ourselves to diabetes, we have no choice. We need to practice!

Yes, you read that right. I truly say: “If it allows us to us to have diabetes.” I talk to us type 2 diabetics who need to one, you type 1s not to say that to accept. Is now before you all crazy to have steam coming from his ears and start sputtering, “Who does she think telling me that I was for the fact I diabetes is responsible,” hear me out. Did you know you had diabetes in the family history? Has a doctor ever tell you to lose weight? Has a doctor ever tell you to change your diet or lifestyle? Has a doctor ever say you get more movement to it (that dirty word again)? Have you gorge on sweets and / or carbohydrates? You get the point. But there are a diabetic prescription: EXERCISE!

We helped create this problem in our bodies, now we have to take our medicines. And that does not stop with pills and shots. Just think of the exercise of any other medications that we have to bear. I read somewhere that can sport the diabetes treatment nearly all will benefit. Be assured I that always came to read the light bulb. I got it!
